I had a face-to-face assessment for PIP last June. I got zero points. I asked for a Mandatory Reconsideration and - of course - still got zero points. I appealed against the PIP decision following my Mandatory Reconsideration and in November I received a letter from the DWP confirming my Appeal and outlining their response to it. I have not heard from anyone - HMCTS or the DWP - since then. I have no idea when I will have to go to a Tribunal. How much longer should I have to wait? The whole process is taking forever.
