PIP CLAIM FORM Via Post Not arrived after 2 weeks was created by LW
Hi
ESA and PIP cunningly said I should be reassessed for both in December and 2 reassessments in one month was too much for me so I didn't arrange a reassessment with PIP. They stopped it in Dec. The PIP component was removed from my ESA.
Looking it up on the internet on a government site I discovered that I could send a request to an address in Wolverhampton for a PIP New Claim Form. I would rather do that than have to phone them. I sent a postal request on 5 Feb 2019.
It is now 17 Feb 2019 and I have not received the form.
I am about to send another duplicate request by mail to the same address.
Does anybody know:
Are they messing me about, is this probably just a postal or bureaucracy error or have I got something wrong and they don't in fact respond to mailed PIP Claim Form requests but have just left the info on the website?
Thanks. LW

I'm afraid everybody who tried to get a paper version of the PIP1 form has struggled although I think all have been successful in the end. It will be a lot easier if you make the claim over the phone.
To confirm, this is the address your written request should be sent to.
Personal Independence Payment New Claims

You will need to explain why you cannot make the call.
