I sent my own letter October 2018,asking for review of mobility,and complex budget decisions.and mental health issues which were totally ignored when points awarded.strangelly 2 days later I was sent review form from them.needed extension and got letter from doctor advising I had more health issues and referrals to hospital.they sent text to confirm receipt of paperwork but also that I MAYBE be required for another f2f.what are chances of this,as I worried sick that I have to face again.help please
If you have reported changes in your conditions then I'm afraid a new face to face assessment is quite likely, the only way to avoid it is if your GP or another health professional involved in your care is prepared to contact the Assessment Provider to provide any information that they may require in order to carry out a Paper Based Review.
