Hi Gordon,

You know the ESA3, I was under the threshold about for nearly 2yrs and then got a back payment from PIP that took me over. Do you know if you need to be under the threshold the entire time from the date stated and if it is worth doing the form?

You do not have to meet the criteria for the whole period to qualify for a back payment.
