MR contains incorrect info was created by jecutter
Hi, I just received my MR, I failed it as expected but it does contain some incorrect information. It says I didn't send any further evidence and I know I did. It also says I am not on any medication, I am on lots, or receive any specialist input which I do. Is it worth arguing this or shall i just get on and think about the appeal. Thank you.

I would do both, write to the DWP with your concerns and include the evidence again but also request an appeal.
The PIP Appeal guide has links to the SSCS1 form that you will need to complete and the Submissions guide has a complete example that you can use to help you fill it in, you do not need to provide detailed reasons at this stage for your request.
Once your appeal is accepted the DWP will prepare their submission to the hearing and send you a copy, whilst you should wait until you receive this to finish and submit your own, you should start to prepare your own case, an increased award will only be made by your showing that you score the extra points for one, so I would start by going back through your PIP2, the assessment report and the PIP Claim guide to see how you might show this is the case.

Thank you for the advice. I've written a letter pointing out their mistakes and did ring them to check they received the evidence I sent (they did).
I'll get on with the appeal form now. I'm going to ask for a paper based appeal as I can't face going to tribunal, I was a wreck last time with ESA.
I have my WCA this Thursday too which I am not looking forward to.
Thanks again, Julie
