Have just received my appeal appearance after 2 years from filling in form from DLA toPIP Never had to say a word as judge had decided before I even went into court room,this was decided on medical evidence so have been awarded all high rate indefinitely on care and mobility. What is so annoying is that this 2 years it has cost me far more than back dated award by thousands because of buying car/ins/tax we should be compensated for this cost because this is DWP's error
