Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

You should not be assessed on the help you get but the help you need but you will need to explain how you manage (maybe you don't) if the help is not available.

Have you looked at our PIP Claim guide on the following link?

www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/help-for-claimants/pip

If you have any further questions then please reply to this post and I will do my best to help.

thank you yes I have had a look at the form.I do live alone and I order my food online I only leave the house to get my prescription I don't have anyone who can be with me when I have to have a face to face and can I ask for a home visit as I don't like going outside much at all and I just know that I could never make it to an assessment centre.how likely is it that I will need to have a face to face iv been claiming pip for 5 years now and my situation hasn't changed apart from a little worse.

I'm afraid the vast majority of PIP reassessments require a face to face assessment, you do have the option of asking for a home assessment or a Paper Based Review but you will need the support of your GP, in the first case they will need to write to the Assessment Provider explaining in unambiguous terms why you cannot attend at their office.

In the case of the of the PBR, they will need to be prepared to answer any questions that the assessor may have about your claim.
