Hi, I have been in the ESA support group for 6 years and a capability for wirk questionnaire landed today. Nothing has changed to my condition. Help and advice greatly appreciated.

If it was six years that you were last assessed then it is possible that you were assessed on the old Descriptors and Regulations.

Our ESA Claim guides explain the criteria that you are being assessed against and will help you to complete the form.
