Got appt tomorrow at Chesterfield Beetwell Street, worried as 5th floor (98 steps) rang & explained i already put on esa50 that i cannot escape in an emergency if lift broken, stated 3 steps max, why appt on 5th floor?? Hopefully will allocate a ground floor room tomorrow. If not will they stop my esa? Really worried if have to rely on lift in case of malfunction or fire etc.
Don't rely on them reading your ESA50 contact Maximus this afternoon, make it clear that it is a Health and Safety issue not you asking for a new appointment.
