If the DWP were a real functioning organ it would be up for emergency transplant. I mentioned last week spending a stupid amount of time requesting a large print Capability to work questionnaire and surprise, surprise this week... NADA, no call back, no large print questionnaire... zilch. The clock is ticking and this over-complicated entity is making things unnecessarily impossible.
There should be ESA60 forms for the DWP's capability to work.
