Hi if you get transfered to uc do you lose your severe disable premium .as some people say you do and others say no .
So I'm confused .

Universal Credit does not have a Severe Disability Premium so it would be lost, however, if you are currently receiving SDP then you are now barred from making a claim for UC. When claimants are moved to UC as part of the Managed Migration they will receive Transitional Protection,
