The decesion letter came but I fell the award of two years if a little short. It has been said all over the report my ASD assessment in 2021. Do you think if I ask for a three year award to give me some breathing space so my ASD assessment can be completed then review after
Will that be a acceptable excuse or not
The award length is part of the PIP Decision so can be challenged but only by your requesting a Mandatory Reconsideration, are you willing to do this?
Whilst you can ask the DWP to only look at the length of the award they are not bound by that request and usually look at the whole award, whilst it would be very unusual for them o remove points, it does happen and you need to consider whether there is any risk.
