Can you clain uc if you are unable to attend job centre or engage f2f at home with dwp because of mental health problems and severe distress ie unable to talk about health conditions with strangers? Any advice appreciated. Have doctors backing and iro pip.

Yes, you should be able to but you will definitely need the support of your GP.

Can you interact with the DWP over the phone?
