pip review confirmed by atos cancelled on arrival

Hello
Tuesday last week my appointment day for the Review of the Award given.
Prior to leaving my home I received a telephone call from the Atos !!! asking me to confirm attendance.
I clearly confirmed yes .
Prior to this it took me days to telephone Atos just to ask for authorisation of a taxi cab.
-Granted yes authorised by Atos.
On arrival I said my name to the nice receptionist, my companion gave her my Identification to check.
The receptionist acknowledged her colleuge had not more than 30 minutes previous; confirmed my attendance by phoning. The nice receptionist said the computer was not working then they had some other problem...no interview.
People be aware - while this incomprehensible situation was playing out, two office workers with tags hanging round their neck were observing me in the back ground of the reception area.
I struggled to ask what do I do
I was told wait for a text
I don't have access to text service !!!
I insisted on my own- that I - need a appointment !!!!

I asked the receptionist her name …..my companion stepped in and said she cant give her name.

How do I get another appointment -after bargaining,pleaded the appointment was written on the original appointment letter.....This was being observed.....

This shook me up I suffer extremes of intense anxiety and enduring poor mental ill health
having the help of this B&W membership helped me to write immediately …..

….To the pip decision maker explaining the experience of confirming appointment, arriving, checking in then because the
computer said no …………………….

Tomorrow I go through it again .

I have more evidence to prove the enduring mental health condition

The biggest challenge is advocating for my self the nature of my condition server depressive episodes impairs my ability to go out at times, as written in supporting evidence that I will take with me tomorrow .
If they try to bully me by not letting me show them any helpful suggestions to assert my right to communicate
I have written lots of notes to prompt me.

I hope they don't stop me from referring to my notes.

My health has deteriorated in apprehension from the initial re-view form fill

often I make jokes about my mental well being as a coping strategy
however prior to the last assessment I was weeing my self nervous anticipation.
lost a lot of weight too often crying....
Expecting my award will be snatched away.
Struggled to inform GP so frightened of needing their time.
any feed back welcomed.
