Hello,
I had my indef DLA to PIP home assessment back in late 2017. After reading the assessors report it was obvious he had not bothered to read any of my medical evidence, including letters from hospital consultants/clinics etc. A partially successful MR followed. I was too ill to take it further.

Unfortunately I am yet again going through a PIP re-assessment. I was wondering if this time I could actually give the assessor copies of the letters for him/her to read whilst assessing me. I am dreading going through the whole process again.

Thank you.

Yes, you can but attach copies to the claim for as well so that the DWP get a copy as well.
