Can Assessor at face to face consultation use PA4 report from PIP assessment three years ago for new assessment my new report refers to a number of times points raised in 2016 assessment even though I have advised my health problems are now more severe?
If this is a reassessment then it how the process is supposed to work, they review the AR1 and your evidence against the previous PIP2 and assessment report.
If this is a renewal or Change of Circumstances then you should have received a new PIP2 and the assessment should only be concerned from this assessment.
