I'll be taking all my evidence an copied pip form to my f2f assessment, can I look at my copied form while having my assessment to refresh my memory, and can I also explain more about my mobility and care needs if I've not added it to my form

Referring to the form is fine just explain why you are having to if you do.

I'm concerned that there are issues that you have not mentioned in your form, The Decision Maker only sees what is put in front of them and you are relying on the assessor to document these problems in a supportive way in their report.

If there is information missing from your form then I would write a letter to cover it and give it the assessor to read at the interview, I would also send a copy to the DWP office dealing with your claim with a covering letter explaining what it is.
