Received a letter today June 20th, informing me of a home assessment for esa next week June 27th. They have not previously sent an esa50 or any other form, this is completely out of the blue. Is this the new way of assessing? Is it correct?
or you can write a letter, I would use the same format as the form.
Send a copy to HAAS if there is time otherwise take a copy to the interview and ask the assessor to read it before they proceed, I would also send a copy to the DWP office dealing with your claim.
