PIP Questions was created by AVMSurvivor
I had my F2F last week and 2 days later I received a text message saying the DWP has received the written report from the assessment and I should get a decision within 6 weeks.

I fear the assessment report will be inaccurate/incomplete from my previous experiences with ESA F2F's, and because I have been having bad sleep problems for a while I failed to remember many of the problems I face when questions were asked.

So I am wondering firstly:

Can I request a copy of the assessment report/does the DWP have to give it to me at this stage if I ask?

If the report is inaccurate, is it worth me trying to get it amended asap or should I wait for the decision then ask for MR?

Hi AVMSurvivor

You can ring the DWP dealing with your claim and put in a request for a copy of the assessment report to be sent to you. (10 - 14 days)

If the report is inaccuate you can contact the decision maker, saying where you disagree with it, but you will have a very small window of time to do this. (can't tell you how long)

When you get the decision, if you disagree with it, you are then free to put in for an MR.
