Accompanied my son who has had DLA since he was 2 years and now in his thirties to be told they had been trying to get hold of him for the last two hours to cancel his medical. We went anyway especially as I had travelled down from the far NE of England to accompany him. We refused to leave and eventually got seen. A physiotherapist to deal with mental health issues and severe dyslexia. Waiting for results but not overly optimistic. Does anyone in the DWP know the problems some people really have. CL
