Don't know what to do next .Made a claim for PIP in November 2018,had a face to face assessment in January 2019 letter received in march turned down. Sent in request for a mandatory reconsideration heard nothing. Telephoned DWP in May still waiting for a decision to be made. Phoned again in June they had on file that I had won my appeal they had got my ESA appeal I had won in September 2018 mixed up with my mandatory reconsideration for PIP said it would be sorted out and should get a letter with decision Waited 2 weeks no letter phoned again said letter in post still not received any letters phoned again last week said look in to it to see what was happing and phone me back that was 2weeks ago do been messed about what do you think I should do next.
