DLA - PIP was created by Heather
Hope I’m in the right place, I’m new and have had trouble posting, I’ve received a letter from DWP, as my DLA is finishing and I have to claim PIP, I was expecting forms to fill in, but I have to call them to make my claim, I’m a bit worried about what questions they’re going to as me, apart from the NI number, address etc, can you help

Don’t know if this will help but I’m in the process of filling forms out now. When i called the guy said do you have any names from the letter you got awarding you dla for us to look back on. I didnt know i needed that so wasnt prepared and he also said he was putting me forward for an assessment without even seeing evidence from my written forms which i thought was odd and am not sure if this is regular. Might be as well to have details from your old dla award with you just in case.
