Hello after pip face to face atos assement , my pip dropped from enhanced rate daily living and standard rate mobility to , standard rate and no points so no money for mobilty m asked for mandatory reconsideration, back in april , nothing changed so then went ahead with going to tribunal , got reply by post from tribunal service saying they got all my details two weeks ago , then yesterday Dwp rang to say that it wont be going to to tribunal after all as they now decided to reinstate the award exatly as it was before my face to face interview assement to enhanced rate living and standard rate mobilty , and pay me back any arrears they owe me , next interview i go to im tape recording and just saying no comment , they will lie anyway
