Just a quick question. When you request a mandatory reconsideration regarding ESA and you state what you disagree with. We disagreed with not scoring points for Moving around and Standing and sitting. The decision maker has stated his reasons why my daughter should not be awarded points for moving around but has not actually stated the reasons for agreeing no points for sitting and standing. She has a tribunal coming up and we have mentioned that in our reasons for disagreeing with the decision. I noticed that the decision maker has covered all of the other points but just not that one. So my question is, is this an oversight on his part or is that something that frequently happens. Due to all the paperwork that is sent out from the DWP when it is going to tribunal it took a while before I spotted it.

There is no satisfactory answer I can give to your question. Many members have complained about explanations being missed on parts of the reports, but it would be wrong for me to assume that this 'often happens.' It is possible it is just an oversight but at the end of the day, it doesn't matter, because you need to challenge it.

Thank you for your response. We are definitely challenging it and hopefully with the help from this site have put it all neatly together whilst packing a punch.
