Hi I just recieved a pip review form. Since my award I have additional conditions which I also suffer from. Do I add these to the pip 2 form? or are they only interested in what I put in my first application form. I hope I'm making sense.
This is a review of how you are now so if these new conditions have affected your limitations then you need to include this information on the form or they will not be able to consider it.
