Why not, if your condition and limitations have changed?

Do you think it okay if the new letter reads the same as a 3 year old one but with additional info on it? The additional info being an update. I think I could be brave enough to ask my consultant to add a couple of bits to update it

Can I just write see notes all over the PIP review form rather than fill in their boxes with the three questions about whether changed, how manage activity now, help from another person

Thank you
Should I write about the activities as though I am doing them by myself, I am really bad by myself. If I write about how I am with my son present, for some activities it may give an inaccurate impression.
I don't want the assessors to just think I need prompting, encouraging, because that is not the case.
Do you have to write about how you are accompanied as well as how you are alone, or can you just answer everything as though you are alone (because I normally am alone)

Cruella
You need to write about how you manage on your own (or not) and then when you need prompting or assistance, how you receive this.
