ESA evidence - shall I use my PIP evidence?

Hi there
I had a PIP form last year but didn't get the assessment until spring this year. I've only just recently had my PIP fully restored since my assessment. Now I have got an ESA form to do. I feel harangued, Shall I use the last evidence I had for my PIP? My GPs letter is good only it mentions PIP rather than ESA. I could try and get a new one from my GP but I don't like to keep bothering them. I don't have much other evidence apart from relative and helper but was also thinking of sending my PIP assessment result (where it was successful) even though they tell you not to!
TIA

You can use the information from your PIP claim but you need to show how it is relevant to the ESA Descriptors.

A new letter that says ESA, will be better so I would speak to your GP.
