Thanks BIS I will ask a friend to call and check which category I am in. I think all people applying for disability benefits must be vulnerable. I wonder how the "Vulnerable" category came about and what it covers?

I am not sure how "Vulnerable" category came about, I know that for UC there are two tiers for Vulnerability

I have attached a link which is an answer to a freedom of information request about the DWP's definition of vulnerability. Whether or not they follow their own guidelines is another thing.
