Dear All,

I have hearing tomorrow at the court regarding my PIP for depression. I dont have representative and I am very anxious about.Everything feels unreal to me. How I can represent myself ? I feel like this situation is overwhelming me. I would appreciate any advice.

Hi Karina

Are you going alone? If you don't have anyone to be with you, when you arrive you need to talk to the clerk, and say how bad you feel and ask the panel to give you time to answer because you are so anxious. If you think you need a break at any point then you should ask for it. If you can't remember what someone asks you, then do not be afraid to ask them to repeat it. Try and take your time.
