Hello,
ATOS have sent 4 amendments to DWP which if accepted would give me standard rate care. I have a tribunal coming up on 9th September and plan to go ahead with this. What my question is: If the DWP do revise their award, will I need to make a new appeal against that the award, or do I just continue with the appeal I have already lodged?

If the DWP offer a revised Decision then you have three options;
- You can accept the revised Decision in which case your appeal will be lapsed (cancelled) and take no further action.
- You can accept the revised Decision in which case your appeal will be lapsed (cancelled), once the new Decision is put into payment you can request a new appeal if you want.
- You can reject the offer and continue with your existing appeal.

I have received a letter from DWP stating they have received all the information they need to decide whether I am entitled to PIP and that they will be in touch in due course.
If they do offer me an award, will it be over the phone? If so, should I reject it then and there?
If I receive a paper award notice, do I need to phone them to reject it as I still want to go through with my appeal.

The offer will almost certainly be made over the phone.
Don't rush to reject it, make sure you understand what is being offered and for how long before you make any decision. A lower award for a long time may be more valuable than a higher one for a short time as it means that you will not have to go through the assessment process again.
