Just had my ESA Assessment sending strong report was created by AKaplan2
Just had my ESA Assessment and guy stopped ti short saying weve already got more than enough just for mental health. He didn't even do the Physical Tests. Think i won it on the special circumstances rules he accepted im a risk to myself and others and few more points for other things

So hell be sending a strong report to the decision maker. Ever heard of decision maker going against a strong report being sent to them on those rules to keep someone in Support Group on most money ?

Whilst the Decision does lie with the DWP it would be unusual of them not to follow the advice of the assessor if an award has been recommended.

ESA Decision are taking around 4-6 weeks.
