Please can you tell me if you can get SDP if you only get standard daily living pip but not the top level. Thankyou.

Hi ellenthegood

Yes you can providing you meet the qualifying conditions www.gov.uk/disability-premiums-income-support/eligibility. I come many people who are not aware that they can claim SDP, when we ask DWP for an anytime review (not a backdate) we can get SDP awarded from when they became eligible.
