I need to send ESA50 back asap however the friend ive done the form for is very mentally ill and has mislaid thr return envelope. Can anyone tell me where the form should be sent to please.
This is something we cannot do. Different parts of the country have different handling offices and this is not information available to us. You will need to contact the DWP. There will be a telephone number on the letter that was sent with your form.
