Hi All My husband is transferring from DLA with High Rate Mobility to PIP. He has had a PIP assessment and we have had the decision which we would like to dispute. How do we get the HP report that was done at the assessment so that we can look at their findings before we submit a Mandatory Reconsideration. Thank you in advance Annette
Just ring the DWP and ask them for a copy of the assessment report. It usually takes 6 - 10 days to arrive. You have one month from the date of the decision letter to request a Mandatory Reconsideration.
