I recently started a claim for PIP and rang the appropriate line. I gave all the information required and sat back to wait for the PIP2 form. After waiting 20 days I got in touch with them today. Apparently, there was a problem with the verification of my identity as I now use the title Ms and some databases have me as Mrs. The issue was sorted out. But!! They were not going to contact me about it but just left it. So ladies, take care of the title you use when applying for benefits as it can cause a delay.
