Has any member receiving contributory support group ESA reported receiving a new pension to the DWP? How long did it take DWP to reply after you sent in details? It's been a while for me and they are merrily paying away as usual. I have all the paperwork to prove postage date & fsct they received it & who signed off delivery. I'm not prepared to chase them. In any case, their lines are always busy and 15 mins hold is as much as I can manage. But I am curious as to how others have handled this.
