Sorry to keep asking questions. In the supporting evidence I sent from my consultant he said something along the lines of a face to face could be detrimental to my health due to the stress and the risk this puts me at. So if you are not going to have a face to face, what happens when they receive your form and in what sort of time frame? Again, apologies for all the questions

The questions are not a problem
If it is accepted that a face to face assessment would be detrimental to your health then a Paper Based Review will be done using your PIP2, the evidence attached and any additional evidence they can source from your medical contacts. An assessment report will then be sent to the DWP for them to make a Decision.
The time frames are unlikely to be any different from them looking at a face to face, it is all about your file getting to the top of the pile. There are some regional variations but my best guess is that you are looking at 2-6 weeks.
The next contact will either be the DWP saying that they have all of the information to make a Decision with a PBR having been done or an appointment for a face to face interview.

Hello Johnhhxx. I received my invitation to switch on 13 August 2019, I had to phone them by the 4 September 2019 I phoned them on 13 August 2019 and said I was not happy to make a telephone declaration to proceed with a claim and asked for a paper application instead. The PIP-1 arrived on 21 August 2019, some 8 days after phoning. My paper PIP-1 now has to be completed and returned by 13 September 2019. So a few days added to the original date I supposed for the slight delay in asking for a paper PIP-1.
