PIP Report

My PIP journey so far, have just received PIP enhanced for both with reassessment in 3 years, which I am very grateful for but I have today finally received the HP's PIP report after many requests and I am fuming and disgusted at how factually incorrect the HP has written.
I was finally diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis firstly by GP blood test and then a Consultant Rheumatologist in 2011. Since being diagnosed I have seen Physio's, Occupational Therapists and had regular appointments over the past 8 years with my Rheumatologist for my treatment and various medications. Through various reasons I have recently changed my Rheumatologist and saw her July 2019. The HP report states I have never seen any Physio's, Occupational Therapists or Rheumatologist between 2011 and 2019 and states I had my first ever appointment, (since being diagnosed in 2011) with a Rheumatologist was July 2019.
8 years of struggling with this disease, numerous Consultant appointments, numerous different medications, numerous tests and x-rays, deteriorating health, needing more support I apparantly haven't had according to this HP.
This is lies and completely factually incorrect. Is there anything I can do about this?

Thank you for your reply I really don't want to affect my reward.
I am considering putting in a complaint regarding the way I was treated and the factually incorrect report even down to assessor checking round my home I've now got an extra toilet and extra bathroom which have magically appeared, would love to know where they are!
