I feel I have been badly let down by my Citizens Advice caseworker. She has let me down in the following ways:
*Sending an email meant for me to the wrong email address, causing a week and a half delay.
*Not Sending my signed mandate form to ATOS
*Not paying attention to the updated ATOS report I emailed her and only realising it existed when I pointed it out to her a month later.
*Not listening to me during our “strategy meeting”. She kept talking about how I would receive the same amount of money on standard rate care for PIP as what I did for middle rate DLA, even though I told her repeatedly that I received high rate care and it was in her notes.
*Phoning DWP to ask why they hadn’t updated my award based on the updated health report and accepted an offer of standard rate care WITHOUT my consent.
It’s now hard deciding if it is worth appealing this decision. For all she made a catalogue of errors, I still might not have gotten more at tribunal and I don’t know who to ask for advice as I don’t want to go back to Citizens Advice

You said in your original post that you had accepted an award of PIP, was this "offer" made by the DWP following an MR or a request for appeal?
If the former then you should now have a Mandatory Reconsideration Notice and request an appeal, if the latter and the award has been put into payment then you can request a new appeal for a higher rate.
To be clear, this must be because you reasonably believe that you should have scored the 12 points needed for an Enhanced award and not because you previously had DLA Higher Rate Care, as the reasons this was awarded do not exist in PIP.
The PIP Appeal guide has links to the SSCS1 form that you will need to complete and the Submissions guide has a complete example that you can use to help you fill it in, you do not need to provide detailed reasons at this stage for your request.

Once your appeal is accepted the DWP will prepare their submission to the hearing and send you a copy, whilst you should wait until you receive this to finish and submit your own, you should start to prepare your own case, an increased award will only be made by your showing that you score the extra points for one, so I would start by going back through your PIP2, the assessment report and the PIP Claim guide to see how you might show this is the case.
