Your ESA award does not end on 1 November, ESA is an indefinite award so your existing can only be ended following an assessment and Decision that you are Fit for Work.
Have you been told that your reassessment date is 01/11 or do you have a letter that says this?
If you have been told this then you should expect a new ESA50 around the end of October.
If it is a letter then this is an administrative date for ESA connected to the Christmas bonus and you will not be reassessed except by coincidence.

ESA letters often refer to a date in November, this date is nothing to do with when a claim will be reassessed, it is a date used to calculate entitlement to the benefits Christmas Bonus.
