Hi, i have been kept in the wrag for 6yrs now without a reassessment, i knew it was about to run out again so rang them and been told i am now not due a reassessment till sept 2021, i Never received any paperwork and would not know about it if i did not ring them every two years,
Problem is my health has gone downhill very badly and i should be in the support group, (and should have Always been) but i am scared of rocking the boat,
Can i send in doctors reports and ask them to look at it again? Will it trigger a new medical or am i better just leaving it alone?
I am worrying myself silly as i am not well enough to cope with work related activities,.
Has anyone else experienced this being kept in wrag but Never being reassessed for so long?
Thank You x

First of all, although you say you should be in the SG have you actually checked whether you meet one or more of the SG Descriptors?
You can report a Change of Circumstances but this will result in a full reassessment of your claim, a new ESA50 and almost certainly a face to face assessment, the new Decision will supersede your existing award, whatever the result is.

Thank You Gordon,
My GP offered to fight me first being put into the wrag over my Severe anxiety and agrophobia as well as other health problems when i waa fiirst put into the wrag, But because i hadnt received any paperwork from the DWP i missed being able to challenge it within the month so i have just been stuck here with no medical ever since, i asked back then and was told i had 21points?
I had been worrying myself silly over a WCA so i suppose i should just be relieved for a couple more years along as i am not pressured by the jobcenter to attend when i can't alone,
I am 61 now so it does at least take me nearer my pension age
Thank You x

I'm afraid your Agoraphobia won't get you into the SG so it would have to be based on your other health problems.
