Hi good morning everyone, please can someone help me here my brain is dead keep getting confused about this MD I have been working from the F 2 F report but at 4 o clock this morning something told me i doing this worn i should be working from the decision letter that has the lack of points on it. Please can anybody help me here i been working from each point from the F 2 F report Thank you

It is the assessment report that you mainly want to refer to a mandatory reconsideration because it is the assessor who saw you face to face. It is this information that will help you challenge the decision. However, that doesn't mean you should comment on the decision-makers summary of the report, because they too will have have made decisions you do not agree with,

Thank you for your help I thought I would use both as there are no points on some stuff like incontinence and cleaning himself up, I also phoned them back up to ask about the time this has to bein because i mislaid the main sheet of paper with the date on the date is October 2nd but the man on the phone said the 9th October to me it didn't sound right so i took time to relocate all the paperwork and put it all in order again and I was right he has told me the WRONG date so please everyone be aware now have till Friday to get this back to them,
