Urgent PIP, need to be posted by 30th Sept was created by Chaps
CONFIDENTIAL
Hi. I have received my review form for PIP and it has to be back by Monday 30th September. I was awarded 10 points for Planning and following a Journey and 4 points for Moving around in April 2017 and awarded for 4 years due to end March 2020. This was awarded after an MR in 2016. I stated that I have difficulty planning and following a journey and the DM agreed I have difficulties and cannot undertake any journey because it would cause OPD, consistent with GP letter dated September 2016.
I'm confused because the Review form question for mobility is Planning and following a route to another place and Moving Around.
They know I drive a car and am unable to use public transport or taxi. I have poor MH, Anxiety/depression, Agorophobia, Difficulty going out and coping in social situations Mobility issues due to Peripheral Arterial Disease and back problems.
I don't understand what information this question is asking for. I go out when I have to for medical appointments, I don't always have some one to accompany me so I often end up in tears and overwhelmed. Many appointments are cancelled. My mental and physical health is affected. The information I gave last time was wrote like an essay and all over the place because I didn't know what parts of my health related to these questions. Does going out, coping with social situations, engaging belong in planning a route affecting MH go in this question. Or is it more the physical. I'm completely confused.
I'm not consistent with going out on my own, even if i manage it for a while, It doesn't last and become overwhelmed and unable to function so I stay indoors.
