When did you last see your G.P. questioni PIP form

I have yet to be moved over to PIP & haven't a clue what to write about not seeing my G.P.

For years it was my G.P. who took over managing my mental health I would have a monthly or two monthly regular appointment.

Suddenly without warning everything changed and now it's impossible to get an appointment unless it's an emergency. My mental health issues have not changed but I will soon be coming up on a year since my last appointment.

I asked to be referred to community mental health & it was established by them that whilst nothing has changed they have no service they can offer me. The reason being that they can only offer support in helping people to mix with others & they themselves said they knew that would not be of help to me. I have in the past had years of psychology support which was beneficial but reached its point of supporting me as far as it could go so there would be no point in redoing that again.

What on earth do I answer about no longer having access to a G.P. ? Also I have noticed the access to my consultant who manages my physical health issues has been cut but again no change in my health just fewer appointments given out.

My medications still the same my conditions still the same just no medical support & I think that's maybe a problem when filling in the PIP form ?

As per Gordon's comments regarding copies of your medical notes, together with a short note from Consultant/GP merely to confirm no change can carry a great deal of weight.............it's verification of what you're telling them on the form.

It's an absolute nightmare when we're 'parked'.
