PIP Question was created by JLP
Hi guys,
Ive been on PIP enhanced rate since March 2015. I have received a form, PIP 1043. It’s says it’s time to review your award. Is this not the huge form I filled in when I applied in 2015?
From reading your excellent guides on 86 it says that if there’s no change for the better my award should stay the same, have I read that right?
So it’s not the initial form I filled in and was assessed by a HCP? Is this called the PIP 2 from you mention on page 86?
Sorry if I sound thick, but I’m confused!
Many thanks

Hi JLP
The PIP1043 is not the form you filled in, in 2015. This is a review form and is the same as the PIP2 form mentioned on Page 86

Hi,
Do I still need to repeat all the same information in the same detail. Or do I just say ,the same or worse?

If you indicate that there has been a change then you should explain this in detail, if there hasn't then you need to consider how good a job you did with explaining your problems on the original PIP2 and if you know, how the assessor and DM considered that information.
