PIP tribunal - DWP not sent evidence was created by Dawn H-C

I have applied to tribunal regarding PIP decision and received notification all paperwork from DWP should of been with me on the 4th. However nothing has arrived even in today's post.
Should I chase the paperwork, and who should I chase?

Contact the Tribunal Service first - because the papers should also be with them.
