ESA Assessment home visit turn down

Hi my head is spinning i dnt no how to get a home visit granted this time.
last time they came home to assess me. this time i submited same letter from gp again they wornt except it.
my illness is fibromyalgia .depression.anxiety.sciatica
in my leg.
i get high rate pip .npw itd ESA Assessment .
o spoke to Scope they advised me that i need a lettet
worded correctly from my gp why i need a home visit .
my illness is very complex gp cnt predict if im going to be well enough to attend..
ps some one help me out my appointment is on the 10 which if im still alive will be in bed where ive been for past week.so i wornt be attending.

i got new letters first one said the patient has ask me to comfirm fibromyalgia.second one said gp comfirming fibromyalgia symptoms are very variable and can make it difficult for her to attend appointment s and may need home visits.she has asked me to comfirm this in writing and asked if this assessment could be carried out at home.
this is second letter from gp turned down.
how does the letter from gp needs to be to support a home visit ps

Dear Harry,
So sorry you are going through all this. You are not alone.
If you are ill in bed you can phone up tomorrow morning & tell Maximus (or whoever the assessors are), you are ill in bed, in severe pain & too ill to travel. Tell them you get enhanced PIP. Again state you need a home visit & ask for details for your gp to fax another letter. They have to send out another appointment anyway, which if you fight you can get changed to a home assessment.

Then ask for an urgent appointment/telephone appointment with GP at the surgery as you've been" ill in bed for a week & are in crisis". This should get past even the most Rottweiler receptionist!
Hopefully your gp can support you & then also write the letter BIS recommends.( You can offer to pay if GP is reluctant.). This will also provide evidence that you have reasonable cause for missing the appointment. Also have a look at dpac.uk.net/2017/12/advice for professionals. Perhaps your GP can also comment on how the frequent reassessments are detrimental to your health.If things feel really bad just now you can ask to be referred to the CMH Crisis Team, which can be a mixed blessing but means you should get support with the assessment & probably a 3 year gap until the next one.
With luck the **** Tories will be out by then!!

This can be sorted out, please don't give up. If you are get PIP Enhanced mobility due to severe pain or overwhelming psychological distress it is unreasonable for them to expect you to travel.

If you are not too exhausted(not the same day!) you could also phone DWP & politely insist on speaking to the Vulnerable claimant section.
