Hi first post I was wondering if anyone would be able to advise on evidence after the PIP claim date.My partners health condition has worsened and he is seeing another consultant since the PIP claim was made is this evidence still ok to send to the tribunal. He had an ESA tribunal and they said his health condition could only be taken as it was on the day of assessment and nothing after that counted is this the same for PIP.His symptoms were present but he has since had tests and a diagnosis that make sense of his symptoms but will the tribunal allow this info?Sorry for the long post but we have been waiting a year for tribunal and I need to help him prepare.

You can send new evidence to the Tribunal but it must be clear that it still applies to the date of the assessment, speak to his consultant about their making this clear in anything that they produce for you.
