A review is no different from your original claim, so the next stage is for the Assessment Provider for your postcode to decide whether a face to face interview is required, we would expect this to be 2-4 weeks.
If one is not required then a report should be sent to the DWP on about the same timescales although it can be delayed if they contact your GP or Consultants, the DWP will then write to you to tell you that they have received all of the information this will probably be another couple of weeks.
