This morning I have had my brown envelope ,been award standard daily living and standard mobility . I was on highest mobility and lower care . What I’m concerned about is the lie in the statement from DWP “You said you are able to walk 20meters from where the Taxi drops you off to the coffee shop using your sticks and it would take 40 Seconds you said you would pause for a moment and you would be able to make the journey again if required . Not true never any mention of taxis or coffee shops because I do not use taxis or go to coffee shops . What he asked was could I walk the length of a double decker bus . With my sticks I would be able to slowly and have to stop with the pain in my leg . Telephone the DWP told me I can appeal but they could take what they have given me , or I can make a complaint about Capita that are sending a copy of the assessment and given me a phone number to ring . As any one here appealed and lost. As any one made a complaint about the lies in the assessment My face to face was the 25 July
